What I do by day
Deals. I am a Business Development Executive at a Dhaka architecture, property and design group, working as a systems architect and business intelligence analyst. I create enterprise-level solutions that report on the business and help its decisions: joint-venture feasibility, revenue projections, and the platform the company runs its client journey on.
What I do by night
Melodies. I write and produce Bangla pop, and I build the tools I wish existed.
My rule
Build, don't buy. When the tool I need does not exist, I build it. Subah is that rule applied to my own life.

What she represents
One person building the exact tool he needs. Her name means morning: the day begins with everything already remembered.
Why I built her
Every AI app kept its own notebook about me, and none of them shared. I was explaining my own life again every day. So I built one private memory and put it behind all of them.
She is openly an AI persona, and is credited as Subah Israque on nine of my songs. She isn't real. The songs are.

Every AI app keeps its own notebook, so each one forgets what the others know. I built one private memory of my money, plans, email, files and people, and put it behind all of them. ChatGPT, Claude, voice calls, Telegram and my own apps now read and write the same memory, so nothing has to be explained twice.

How she is built
01One memory behind everything
Facts, plans, people, money and files in one private memory, searchable by meaning and by date. Every assistant reads and writes the same one.
02Private by design
The Vault is encrypted on my own device, and the server only stores ciphertext. Codes, PINs and card numbers are masked before anything reaches her memory.
03Nothing is sent without a yes
She drafts the email and sending waits for me. Every clean-up can be undone, and a deleted memory is gone.

What was missingOne record of a client that sales, management and accounts could all trust.
A property sale in Dhaka runs for years. An enquiry becomes site visits, a unit choice, a payment schedule and instalments paid while the building rises. Simpletree, formerly PropertyPulse, puts that whole journey on one record that sales, management and accounts can all trust. I conceived, designed and built it largely on my own with AI-assisted development, alongside my business development role.
A typed React front end, a Node / Express API documented with OpenAPI, PostgreSQL with Drizzle ORM, object storage and database-backed background jobs.

An app I built for my father, the poet Waliar Rahman. A poem goes in, a finished page comes out.
What was missingA way for my father to publish a poem without a designer.
My father, Waliar Rahman (অলিয়ার রহমান), is a Bengali poet. Kobita Studio turns one of his poems into a book page or a book cover, finished and ready to post. His poems indent every second line, and the app sets the Bangla exactly as written and keeps those indents. It is installable, Bangla-first, and built for one non-technical user on his phone.

I studied finance at North South University and joined SpaceZero, a Dhaka architecture, property-development and design group, as an intern in January 2024. Within six months I was offered a permanent role. Today I am a Business Development Executive who works as a systems architect and business intelligence analyst: I create enterprise-level solutions that report on the business and help leadership decide, from joint-venture feasibility and revenue projections to the CRM reporting it relies on.
Along the way I kept seeing where our sales process lost time and clarity, so I built the fix. Simpletree began as a sales and payment tracker called PropertyPulse and grew into a platform for the whole client journey. Building it taught me that with AI, the hard part of software is no longer the code. It is defining the problem clearly. That idea is now my research focus.
I grew up partly in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, finished school there, went to college in Jashore, and came to Dhaka for university and for work. By night I write and release Bangla pop.
